My name is Brett Eastman, and I am the Founder of Lifetogether, a ministry whose mission is to help churches transform their community through community. After having the privilege of serving as the Small Group Champion at both Willow Creek and Saddleback Church for the last decade, I have learned a great deal from Bill Hybels and Rick Warren on what it takes to launch and lead a healthy small group ministry. At Lifetogether were seeking to share those learning's with churches of all sizes like the 1200 member church I got married in, the 250 member church I helped to plant and even the 100 member church I grew up in as a child.

After personally being mentored by Small Group pioneers such as Lyman Coleman, Bill Bright and Carl George I have come to realize some things just never seem to change.
